Pre-press for 5-7 seconds.Press at 320F for 10 seconds.Wait for the transfer to completely cool before peeling.Cover with a teflon sheet and post-press for an additional 5-7 seconds. COMMERCIAL HEAT PRESS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
